Way to get the access to Journal sites

Step 1: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/home.jsp or http://www.sciencedirect.com/ or http://www.springer.com/gp/
Step2: Search the paper title or topic in the search box
Step3: Copy the paper link address or web page address or each paper has its own DOI
Step4: go to https://sci-hub.io/
Step5: paste the link
Step6: It will redirect to the site and download

Note: In so many cases it will fail
